NTNU is Norway’s largest university. The Department of Materials Science and Engineering educates students and conducts research in materials chemistry, physical and process metallurgy, as well as electrochemistry. Relevant for EuroMIC is research on corrosion, where our focus is on the molecular and atomistic understanding of mechanisms.
Role of the NTNU in Euro-MIC
NTNU coordinates the EuroMIC activities in Norway, and participates in several working groups with input on topics on materials science, electrochemistry and analytical methods.
