3rd WG Meeting Euro-MIC Network
This two-day event will be held on April 27-28, 2023.
The 3rd WG meeting in Plovdiv, Bulgaria will bring together Euro-MIC participants and sympathizers to exchange experience, ideas and update information on the development of the COST project.

Dear Euro-MIC Members,
The third WG meeting in Plovdiv (Bulgaria) is approaching fast. It will take place on 27-28 April 2023 as a hybrid event. Further information can be found on the event webpage (https://euromic-bg.org/). Links for online participation will be sent shortly before the meeting.
To attend, please follow the following two steps:
1) Please accept or decline the eCOST invitation, that was sent out on February 20th as soon as possible. Please also accept it if you will be participating online. Please only decline if you are not attending at all.
2) Please also register at the event website (https://euromic-bg.org/). Registrastion deadline is March 10th. Please also register if you are attending online – that is the only way we get to know who will be attending online!
All those who are invited with refund are requested to make all necessary bookings as soon as possible, but no later than 6 weeks before the event, and to enter the estimated costs as draft in e-COST. This will allow us to estimate the budget and decide if reimbursement can be offered to additional people.
